MARFA – Students at Marfa Elementary will begin taking the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR tests) on April 2-3, 2013. Testing will begin at 8:45am both days. On Tuesday, April 2, 2013, students in the 4th Grade will be taking the Writing (Day 1) test and students in the 5th Grade will be taking the Mathematics test. On Wednesday, April 3, 2013, students in the 4th Grade will be taking the Writing (Day 2) test and students in the 5th Grade will be taking the Reading test.
Parents can help their students by making sure they are well rested and that the student arrives at school on time.
